PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
All appointments require payment at the time of booking. A strict cancellation policy is in effect. If less than 48 hours notice is given, or there is a failure to turn up, you will incur 100% of the treatment fee. Exceptional circumstances will be considered. The cancellation fee has been reinstated as of June 2022. It also applies for any appointments cancelled due to covid-19 symptoms (follow NHS link), with you or anyone in your household.
