I have been having regular massage treatments with Nicola for the past several years. The treatment that I usually have is Indian Head Massage. This involves a relaxing massage of the upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck and head. I find this treatment very beneficial as I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and this treatment helps to relax the muscle and to ease tension. This is particularly helpful for the arthritis in my neck, because after a treatment I am able to move my head much better and the pain is reduced considerably.

I started having massage treatments with Nicola several years ago as I suffer from M.E. Due to the varying symptoms of M.E.
